• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers

• Any biometric data
• Any usage analytics or behavioral tracking

The App accesses only the following:

• Our Supabase database to display sneaker pricing data sourced from third-party resale platforms
• Apple's StoreKit framework solely to process and verify your Lifetime Premium one-time purchase
• Apple's notification system to deliver price alerts you have configured (Lifetime Premium only)

3.1 Supabase: KicksView uses Supabase to store sneaker catalog and pricing data. This database contains only product information — shoe titles, prices, images, and resale links — sourced from third-party platforms. No personal user data is stored in our Supabase database.

3.2 Third-Party Data Provider: Pricing and product data is sourced via a third-party data provider. No personal user information is shared with this provider.

3.3 Product Images: Product images are loaded from publicly available image URLs provided by resale platforms. No personal information is transmitted in this process.

3.4 Apple: The Lifetime Premium one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs all payment processing.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• As required by applicable law or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of KicksView, its users, or the public

KicksView does not display advertisements. All pricing data across all 4 resale platforms is visible to free users. Saving favorites and setting price alerts require a Premium subscription at $2.99/month, billed through your Apple ID. Cancel any time. No advertising at any tier.

KicksView is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@versatyl.group and we will promptly delete it.

Since we do not store personal user data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete. All data stored locally on your device — favorites and alert preferences — can be deleted at any time by:

• Using the "Delete All Data" option within the App via Profile → Your Data
• Uninstalling the App from your device

All communication between the App and our Supabase database uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Our database contains only public product and pricing data — no personal user information. We do not collect personal data, so there is no personal data at risk of exposure from our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

KicksView is a sneaker resale price comparison application that aggregates and displays pricing data from third-party resale platforms including StockX, GOAT, Flight Club, and Stadium Goods. KicksView is an independent informational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of these platforms or any sneaker brand.

KicksView does not sell sneakers, process transactions, hold inventory, or facilitate purchases. All purchases are made directly through the respective third-party resale platforms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use KicksView. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

KicksView does not require you to create an account or sign in. All user data (saved favorites and alert preferences) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers. Your Lifetime Premium purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

4.1 Free Tier: The free tier of KicksView is available to all users at no cost and includes:

• Unlimited searches and product views
• Full pricing from all 4 resale platforms (StockX, GOAT, Flight Club, and Stadium Goods)
• Best/lowest deal indicator visible to all users
• No saved favorites
• No price alert or notification functionality
• No advertisements

4.2 Premium Subscription: KicksView offers a monthly Premium subscription through Apple at $2.99/month. Premium includes:

• Unlimited saved favorites
• Price drop alerts and push notifications
• No advertisements — ever

4.3 Subscription Billing: Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $2.99/month, charged to your Apple ID. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.5 Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" in the App's Profile screen to restore your active Premium subscription. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content within KicksView — including but not limited to the app design, logo, interface, and original written content — is the property of Ransford Dimitri Kisten and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced in the App — including Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, StockX, GOAT, Flight Club, and Stadium Goods — are the property of their respective owners. KicksView makes no claim of ownership over these marks and references them solely for informational and comparative purposes.

Product images are sourced from publicly available URLs provided by StockX. KicksView does not claim ownership of these images. Pricing data is provided by a third-party data provider. KicksView does not claim ownership of this data.

KICKSVIEW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; pricing data will be accurate, complete, or current; or that results obtained from using the App will be reliable or meet your expectations.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANSFORD DIMITRI KISTEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF KICKSVIEW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reliance on pricing data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or stale
• Purchases made through third-party resale platforms based on prices displayed in the App
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Any errors or omissions in the App's content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

KicksView contains links to third-party resale platforms (StockX, GOAT, Flight Club, Stadium Goods). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of these platforms and are not responsible for any transactions, losses, or disputes arising from your use of them. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Any decision — including the purchase of tickets or travel arrangements — made in reliance on event information displayed in LineupNYC is made at your own risk.
